*Please note that if you are registering online you will be expected to pay for the conference registration fees at the end with a credit card. If you would prefer your payment to be processed some other way, you must fill out a registration form and send it in with payment. You will not be registered until your payment is processed.

Housing Information
The Joint Conference has secured sleeping rooms with hotels located within one to two blocks of the Convention Center. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Future room rates are driven by attendees booking within the Joint Conference block. If you run into a situation where you are finding a cheaper room rate, please contact the Joint Conference staff at 888-224-WOCN (9626).
If you are unable to reserve the nights that you require, please fax a completed copy of the housing form or send us an e-mail (contact information below). WOCN WCET is in the process of securing additional inventory. We will wait list individuals until additional inventory is secured.

As a courtesy to our international attendees, we may be able to obtain a block of dormitory rooms at Arizona State University. The rate would be much lower than the hotel rates. If you are interested, please contact the Housing Bureau and we will be keeping a list of those interested. Please respond by March 1, 2010 if you are interested.

Tours
Southwest Discovery will be providing both full day and half day tours to area attractions before and after the Joint Conference. Tours can be booked Friday and Saturday (June 11-12) and after the closing session on Wednesday (June 16). Some of the tours available are The Grand Canyon, Sedona and a Visit to Montezuma’s Castle, A Guided City Tour, A Shopping Safari to Scottsdale and more! Baseball Game
